Speedo Shine 2 is the next generation of Speedo Shine, the first device of its kind, designed with swimmers in mind. Made to accurately keep track of your swimming, it also functions out of the water to track your everyday activities, including your sleep patterns. The Misfit Shine 2 Swimmer’s Edition is made out of durable, aircraft-grade, anodised aluminium, sporting a unique pale silver colour, known as Pure. Misfit and Speedo’s unique lap-counting algorithms track a swimmer’s lap count with industry-leading accuracy, suitable for all stroke types. The new features with Speedo Shine 2 include: Features and Benefits A vibration motor and multicolour lights, enabling multifaceted user feedback – see progress and tell time in a halo of rainbow-colored lights, or get motivated with Misfit Move activity reminders. A countdown swim timer: Pick a time to swim, and Speedo Shine 2 will provide a gentle vibe alert when a workout is complete. Waterproof – can be used up to a depth of 50 metres. Interchangeable bands - Comes in a white strap and silver colour combination called “Pure” that is exclusive to the Misfit Shine Swimmer’s Edition. Also includes a black sport band and a clasp, with other additional accessories available to buy online. Misfit Link compatibility – turning Speedo Shine 2 into a music remote, selfie trigger, presentation clicker, or button to enable a variety of smart home devices and web services. The Swimmer’s Edition boasts the exclusive feature of tracking your swimming by counting your laps. Its unique lap-counting algorithm has been validated by Speedo’s in-pool testing, by elite athletes and researchers. The device records your swimming, walking, running and all other exercise activities as well as automatically tracking your sleep patterns. Sync wirelessly via Bluetooth on your iOS or Android phone using the Misfit app, and now also syncs with the Speedo Fit App (iOS only).
