Directions for use: Step 1 - Preparation: Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before use and moisturize, insisting on dry areas (elbows, knees, feet) Step 2 - Application: Apply the foam in the palm of the hand or directly on the skin or set to penetrate evenly all over your body.
