A truly stunning piece, this ornate pair of earrings have a branch-like design made from 18ct yellow gold. Each stud benefits from 3 round sapphires and 5 smaller round brilliant cut diamonds randomly set, all in individual white 4 claw settings. The style is completed with a combination of bark texture and polished finishes that help create a complex but appealing overall look. The earrings are secured with rod and butterfly fittings making them suitable for pierced ears only. The pair have been hallmarked 18ct in Edinburgh. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40t. Diamonds have been graded colour H-I and clarity SI1-SI2 which are explained below. Colour H-I falls into the group Near Colourless G-J. More common than D-F colour diamonds, the G-J diamonds provide a great value. Similar to D-F diamonds, these diamonds are best highlighted in white gold or platinum as the white colour of the metal enhances the colourlessness of the stone.
