This 12 stone diamond set, domed enamel band from Milton & Humble Jewellery features a single round diamond in a rubbed over setting to the front with smaller single cut diamonds set in the dome, green enamel with yellow gold scroll decoration. The band is made from solid yellow gold, hallmarked 18ct gold in London in 1976.
