Description
Handsome fine bone china mug inspired by Medieval mille fleurs tapestries; also known as "Menues Verdures" . Densely populated with plants and flowers, these wall hangings are thought to have originated in the Loire district in France in the middle of the 15th century. The unicorn, often included in the works was a symbol of purity and grace. Due to the nature of fine bone china, these mugs are not for micowave use.
