Inside the Jacket there is a traditional Tartan lining akin to the Harrington style.For rider protection, DuPont Kevlar 220g reinforced impact areas have been included for the Shoulders, Elbows and Back. SW Level 2 armour has been pre-fitted in the Shoulders and Elbows, and this is removable so that the rider can wear the Jacket comfortably off the bike. There is also a Back pocket prepared for optional CE rated armour to be added if required.Additional features include ribbed cuffs and hem for a high quality finish and feel, along with four outer pockets and three internal pockets for the storage of essentials. YKK zips have been used throughout, including on the short connection zip for use with Merlin Riding Pants / Jeans, and there is also a wind flap behind the central zip which will help reduce the effects of wind chill for the rider.
