The Merida Scultura Rim 400 Road Bike is a aluminium road bike with proven and less aggressive geometry than the new carbon top-end frames for enjoyable miles on the road. Our triple butted aluminium frame comes equipped with a full carbon tapered fork for added steering precision and improved shock absorption. The reliable groupset from Shimano offers smooth and precise shifting, while the rim brakes maintain the classic look and offer easy to look after stopping power.Rather than featuring the more aggressive and race-proven geometry of the CF5 and CF3 models, the CF2 and aluminium SCULTURA models retain their slightly more relaxed geometry. Within this family, we offer our bikes with powerful and easy to modulate disc brakes that deliver constant braking power even in wetter conditions or the more price aggressive rim brake alternative.
