Hashira table lamp with a dimmer
Description
Table lamp Hashira with cylindrical textile shade and dimmer Hashira is a modern Nordic version of the traditional Japanese rice paper lantern. The textile table lamp owes its name to its shape, in Japanese Hashira means column. The shade made of white fabric is divided by struts into individual rectangles, giving the radiating light a graphic expression. A dimmer switch in cable allows individual adjustment of brightness. The design of the Hashira series of lamps comes from Norm Architects, a design studio active in residential architecture, graphic design, art direction and commercial interiors. The name Norm, chosen by the founders of the company, is intended to indicate the importance of being inspired by norms and traditions in the fields of architecture and aesthetics. Great emphasis is placed by the designers of Norm Architects on timelessness and durability.
