Hooded down jacket in Nylon Metal, a material with a metallic and iridescent look when garment dyed. The evolution of this iconic STONE ISLAND fabric sees the use of ECONYL regenerated yarns. The life ended nylon, pre and post-consumer, is recycled with a complex depolymerization process to create this fibre that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon from fossil raw material. The piece is padded with the finest feathers specifically treated to withstand the garment dyeing procedure. Garment dyed with a double colour recipe, with the addition of a special PFC free anti-drop agent. Hood with drawstring and overstitched visor split in two halves, held by snap. Small standing chest pocket with snap fastening hidden under nylon tape. The quilting motif on back is taken from the Stone Island star. Slanting hand pockets with flap and snap fastening. Stone Island badge on the left sleeve. Nylon zip fastening taking the colour of the dye bath. Model is 6ft 2in/1.88m with 37"/94cm chest and wears size L.
