Displayed in an aperture at 6 o’clock, the moonphase combined with a date brings elegant and refined proportions to the dial. Respecting the Star Legacy design codes, the timepiece features elegant red gold-plated leaf-shaped hands, an exploding iconic Montblanc star guilloché pattern on a silvery-white dial, onion-shaped crown, unique railway minute track, filet sauté (up and down guilloché lines) and redesigned Breguet-style Arabic numerals reminiscence of the historical Minerva pocket watches. The timepiece is housed in a 42 mm round steel and gold case, which features curved horns with distinctive facets, and comes with a black alligator leather strap crafted by the Montblanc Pelletteria in Florence, Italy.
