We searched far and wide to find the perfect check pattern and fabric and decided to create our own. Real horn buttons made from the by-product of buffalo horn. Only the solid tips can be used and they pass through several processes which include steaming, flattening, moulding, and finally drilling. The buttons have also been burned one by one to achieve a bronzed patina, branded and then finished with a layer of protection.
