Description
The Shelby is an eight-segment Irish cap in a more slender version, reinterpreted in its proportions and enriched by the detail of the real leather button. The fabric used to make this hat is a blend of silk, linen and cotton with a Scottish pattern, produced in Italy in the renowned Biella district and created by Lanificio Egidio Ferla. The coppola is made to measure and still follows traditional techniques, which include manual cutting, ten or so steps of tailoring and finally ironing on wooden forms. The know-how of our craftsmen is combined with technical innovations that help and accompany them during the various processes. This balanced synthesis of tradition and innovation gives Doria hats their internationally recognised quality characteristics. Gently brush the hat to remove dust, give new light to the fibers and remove marks. In case of stains use a slightly damp natural sponge and pass on the stain. Be very careful: the sponge should not be wet and should not leave traces of water on the hat.
