When you use the motion detector function then the heater will never heat an empty room.. The MeacoHeat 1.8 kW has been designed with safety in mind. It features the off-timer, dust filter, thermal fuse, tip-over switch and uses a safe PTC heating element that delivers a fast start-up time, giving you near-instant heat as soon as the unit detects you coming into the room.
