Mavic Ultimate Triathlon Shoes Engineered for performance, the Mavic Ultimate Triathlon Shoes are super light, stiff and highly breathable, to help you shave the seconds off your best race times. Combining a supportive and stabilising Matryx upper with a full SLR uni-directional carbon fibre outsole and low 6.5mm stack height, power transfer and pedalling efficiency are maximised. The upper is woven from a combination of polyamide and Kevlar yarns to minimise weight and, together with the inclusion of strategically placed vents, maximise ventilation for improved cooling and quick drying. The closure is via a Fast Strap and a wider strap that can speed up transition times and ensure the fit is comfortable and secure every time. The main strap can be cut to size so there needn't be any excess material. An OrthoLite insole, held in place by Velcro, helps damp vibrations to reduce performance-diminishing fatigue. Finishing the shoe off is a heel loop designed specifically for triathlons.
