Just add “Mattress Collection Service” when you make your purchase and we'll collect and recycle your old mattress when we deliver your new one.Step 1 - Add the “mattress collection bag” to your shopping basket along with your new next mattress.Step 2 - At the arrange delivery page after check out, select the earliest date available so that you receive the bag before the delivery of your new mattress. The bag will then be delivered/left safe by a Hermes courier.Step 3 - Arrange delivery of your new next mattress (you'll probably be able to arrange that date for a couple of days after you've had the bag). Our drivers will take away your old mattress when they arrive with your new one. The mattress must be packed in the collection bag, in your home, prior to the arrival of the delivery/collection team.
