In addition, you have the possibility of using a normal barbecuing function. With the help of the two supplied grilles, you can cook meat, fish and sausages. Use the gas-powered grilling surfaces, which can also be adjusted separately. Please note that the gas grill and the charcoal grill cannot be used at the same time! This suckling pig barbecue is made of stainless and solid stainless steel and can be used up to max. 50kg. The powerful motor saves you from turning by hand, ensuring a consistent rotation for uniform cooking. With a balanced load, the skewer rotates about three rounds per minute. Otherwise, the skewer can also be operated manually by a crank. The vents in the base tray and in the lid provide the necessary oxygen supply. The lid can be closed if necessary and the integrated window allows you to keep an eye on the food as it grills. The additional thermometer display safely provides an indication of the interior temperature. Thanks to the four hard rubber castors, the barbecue is easy to move. The brakes ensure a firm and secure stand. A cover is included in the scope of delivery and protects the suckling pig grill from environmental influences. The hand crank and the appropriate low-pressure gas regulator (50 mbar) are also included and a gas hose is supplied.
