For crispy quiches and flawless flans without the dreaded soggy bottom, this set of two MasterClass non-stick fluted tins will ensure evenly baked fillings every time. Two sizes are included in the set, one with a 25cm diameter, the other 30cm diameter. Both trays are perforated with tiny holes all over the tin, not just the bottom. This allows the hot air to circulate, keeping the crust crispy all the way around. Ideal for quiches, flans or tarts, sweet or savoury. The BPA-free Quantum II coating released food easily, no more bits stuck to the pan (which means no more scraping bis off them too).
