This high quality RYA rug is made of 100% New Zealand wool which adds natural beauty and ensures easy maintenance. The natural properties of New Zealand wool makes it non-allergenic and fire-resistant which helps to create a safe and healthy indoor environment, and also it has a natural ability to resist dirt. New Zealand wool is made with animal friendly practices and it is sustainable, natural and biodegradable. New Zealand wool has long fibres and therefore peeling is minimised. Custom sizes available. Underlay carpet is recommended. Suitable for domestic and contract use in areas with moderate traffic. Professional cleaning is recommended. Never clean with chemicals!Daily cleaning: Use the vacuum cleaner without brush – frequently when the carpet is new as it will produce shed fluff for a period of time. It is a good idea to turn the rug around twice a year to avoid uneven wear and to place e. g. felt under the feet of heavy furniture standing on the rug. Note that the colours may fade if the carpet is exposed to strong sunlight for a longer period of time. Staining from the backside of the carpet may occur so it is recommended to use an underlay carpet on delicate surfaces.
