- The wood-fired oven is made of monocoque cast iron, guaranteeing perfect safety. The oven door is also cast iron. All cast iron parts are coated with high-temperature dark grey metallic 7056 paint. This is equipped with a valve and an adjustment knob for the valve. This oven is delivered without a cast iron base or intermediate level. It is to be placed on a refractory brick base. Finally, the outer dome must be insulated with thermal insulation to prevent burns during use.
