With X-Fusion forks and shocks, the Marin punches above its price. The Marin has X-Fusion Velvet forks with 120mm travel, remote or lever-actuated lockout (convertible), the Velvet is prepared to go for as long as your legs can keep spinning those gears. The shock is also X-Fusion, X-Fusion O2 Pro R. The O2 series recently underwent a series of changes, developed over two year period with pro racer Brain Lopes. All this work optimized performance, increased durability and massively improved the performance of the bike. The drivetrain is the same as the adult version Shimano Deore 11-Speed.
