The magnesium body is both light and strong; weighing in at 520g, with a maximum payload of 15kg - more than enough for a pro-level DSLR and long lens combination, plus flashgun and battery grip, should you desire. The MHXPRO-BHQ6 features two levelling bubbles and is supplied complete with a Manfrotto Top Lock: An innovative adaptor where the camera is inserted from above - rather than from the side - which is both faster and simpler. The plate features a safety lock to prevent camera falls; a feature the well-equipped professional will appreciate. We would recommend using exclusively with a Manfrotto plate, 3rd party Arca-Style quick release plates are not recommended with this quick release platform.
