German-made LED wall lamp Maja with genuine rust finish and angular design Maja is an LED wall light with dimmable, energy-efficient LEDs in a warm white luminous colour. It is made of aluminium and features a rust finish and a truly modern-looking angular design. Rust finishes are associated with the used look, which has enjoyed a great resurgence over recent years and is a real optical highlight, especially when associated with industrial style. The wall lamp Maja does not just feature an authentic-looking, painted rust finish; instead it boasts genuine rust, which is created in an intricate manual process. Structured paint is applied to the aluminium surface and this is then covered with an activator to stimulate the oxidation process. A special varnish is then applied to prevent the rust from crumbling or losing any of the charm of an authentic rust finish. The wall lamp’s LEDs emit their light upwards and downwards and feature a warm white light temperature, which is similar to that emitted by traditional light bulbs. The light can be dimmed using an external leading or trailing edge dimmer so that the cosiness can be better adapted to suit personal requirements. The handcrafted rust finish lends each of these LED wall lights an individual character. Meanwhile, it also boasts first-class processing and is made in Germany.
