The Loxley 10' x 8' Double Door Shiplap Barn has a high Dutch Barn styled roof and feature gable making this a wonderfully distinctive, handmade garden building. The stylish roof shape gives considerably more headroom and allows the possibility of storage in the roof space. The wide double doors, with padbolt, ensure easy access into the building and the large, opening, storm resistant side windows let in plenty of light. The doors can go at either end too. The shiplap cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing and the roof and floor are both 12mm T&G. Mineral roof felt, a fixing kit and assembly instructions are provided. The Barn is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for your own top coat immediately on installation, this could be a wood paint or stain. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Please use the metric dimensions on the plan drawing for accuracy.
