Description
Medium size preserving jar set is perfect for salsa's, tapenades, chutneys and much more. These jars have been specially designed for preserving food in a healthy way without additives, by heat treatment (canning), in oil, vinegar, brine or pickled. They are made in extra-clear borosilicate glass, highly resistant to thermal shocks. The chemical composition of borosilicate glass does not change the level of acidity of any liquid or food it contains, making it a very safe material for storing food. The jars have a stainless steel clamp and rubber seals, which means that when they're closed, they will provide an airtight interior. Thanks to their attractive design, these jars can also be used for inventive presentation on the table, as storage jars or for a single serving.
