Beautiful, delicate color gradations are created by applying transparent layers of paint, and it is precisely these delicate color gradations that Mercury Row brings to a blind, rather than to paper. The delicate nuances create a light, fresh living environment and integrate perfectly into a wide variety of living styles. A revolutionary sun protection system, yet also a modern window decoration, the blind both keeps out the light and maintains your privacy. The combination of two parallel panels, with alternating transparent and opaque strips, lets you individually customize the amount of incoming light. This creates wonderful light effects. With the aid of the pull chain on the side, the position of the fabric panels can be set so that either more daylight penetrates through the transparent strips, or the opaque strips protect you from prying eyes. This function can be used at any height, as the fabric can be completely rolled up and down, as with any conventional side-pull roll-up blind. Another highlight is how quick and easy the blind is to install using the adjustable clamping carriers provided. They simply clamp over the window sash, along with the roll-up blind rail. In rented accommodations, in particular, holes in the walls or windows can present a major problem. Now those days are over, as the clamping carriers do not require any drilling or screwing. Alternatively, it is possible to screw it to the wall, ceiling, or window soffits using the enclosed straps. The high-quality digital print is a particularly special feature of this roll-up blind, making the motif look especially photo-realistic and refined. The blind is printed on one side, but the pattern is visible from both inside and outside the window or door, through the double fabric panels. The blind is operated via a continuous chain, which can be mounted on either the left or the right.
