Riding Style The BRD is perfect for advanced and expert level riders who seek to shred the resort and backcountry, and stomp freestyle tricks out there. Shape Directional is the classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. A tapered shape means the nose is wider than the tail, promoting smooth turn entry and exit, stability at higher speeds, and enhanced deep snow flotation. The greater amount of volume in front allows for effortless turning in deep or soft snow and increases the float of your board tremendously. The Magne-Traction® serrated edges offer amazing edge hold, especially on hardpack and ice. Profile The C3 profile is a classic camber profile with a mild rocker between the bindings. This offers precise edge control from nose to tail and maximum stability for high airs and landings. The mild rocker adds a bit more playfulness and offers more float than conventional camber profiles. Flex Its medium flex is perfect to shred everything, stable enough to go fast and big, yet flexible enough to press and butter. Construction The Original Power Construction OP+ is a very lightweight, environmentally friendly, and strong Lib Tech construction design. The 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia wood core is durable and offers a lot of pop. Bi-ax and tri-ax fiberglass provide a snappy board feel. The Non Compis Mentis Textured Eco Sublimated Poly Topsheet is made of Eco-sublimated materials. UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection protects your board. The sintered base is super fast and rounds this one off beautifully.
