Tunto Table lamp Natural wood Wood. Dimensions: L 37 cm x W 17 cm x H 30 cm - Thickness : 7 mm - Cable : L 170 cm. The award-winning LED1 lamp combines modern technology, wooden and timeless design. The touch- sensitive switch gives a true feel of the material and finishing of the lamp. LED1 has received several awards, including the prestigious international red dot award in product design in 2009, the Good Design award in 2009, the Green Good Design award in 2010 and a Deutsche Designpreis nomination in 2010. Designed by Tunto founder Mikko Kärkkäinen. Tunto develops and produces innovative new lighting concepts that combine the latest technology with wooden materials. With our creations, we strive to fulfill the needs and dreams of architects, interior architects and interior designers alike. Our focus is on wooden lamps and lighting concepts. Wood is our main material and source of inspiration. We believe that the world needs modern inspiring design with a respect for traditional handwork. We put emphasis on environmental issues in every production phase and maintain an ecological approach in all design and packaging. All Tunto products are handmade with love at our own workshop in Järvenpää, Finland. Tunto is lead by founder, owner and award-winning designer Mikko Kärkkäinen. Mikko's passion is to create unique designs that feel just right and make a difference, while maintaining that certain magical touch of the Scandinavian aesthetics which all the legendary Finnish designers are known for.
