A pair of 9ct yellow gold kingfisher stud earrings.. The kingfishers are hand enamelled in vivid blue and turquoise. Hallmarked by The Goldsmiths’ London Assay Office.They are also available as detachable charms which hang from 15mm gold hoops. Your Le-Curve jewellery is at its safest when you are wearing it! Unlike rings and bracelets, necklaces and earrings don’t suffer from wear and tear in daily use. Your jewellery is more at risk when it is in your jewellery box or when you are travelling. The best practice is to lay your jewellery down, enamel and stone side up, on your dressing table at night. It is not advisable to wear your jewellery in bed or in the shower and best to put your jewellery on in the morning after you have applied perfume or other lotions to your skin. Enamel and polished gold are at risk of being scratched by other jewellery, especially diamonds, so please ensure that, when stored in your jewellery box or packed tightly in a suitcase, nothing can rub against the enamelled or polished surfaces, not even its own chain. With hoop and charm earrings it is best to remove the detachable charms from the hoops before packing.
