Using the latest multi-layering technology, a core of aluminium is bonded between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel, cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The 18/10-grade stainless steel layer doesn't absorb flavours or stain and the pan has excellent heat retention for oven-to-table serving.
