This box of Organic Dark Chocolate Squares adds an artistic flourish to any coffee break or dinner party. Le Chocolat des Français have enlisted the skills of several artists, such as Jeanna Haugmard, Maud Begon and Rebecca Clarke, to create the colourful wrappers. These playful designs include King Kong climbing the Eiffel Tower, can-can dancers, Napoleon Bonaparte, Mona Lisa and what looks very much like a kiss between Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. And the chocolates within are just as varied, coming in four different flavours: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate & Caramel and Dark Chocolate & Salt. Crafted using organic cocoa beans from Ecuador and Peru, handmade caramel and salt from Guérande, they are a works of art for the eyes and the mouth. Illustrators Matthieu and Paul fell in love at art school in Paris in 2004. A few years later they met Vincent and realised that the three of them shared an intense passion of chocolate. The Three Chocolatiers - the Athos, Porthos and Aramis of confectionery - embarked on an adventure; all for chocolate and chocolate for all.
