This is a single-glazed version and requires the addition if required of a floor, or simply adding it onto a concrete base. The house set includes all the details needed for the installation of wall details, roof beams, roof boards and mouldings. Optional roofing material available on request, shingles or felt. The package also contains hardware (screws, nails, etc.).
