Winter boots need to keep feet a) warm and b) dry. And these perform on both counts, with a practical design that's chunky, but not heavy. First to tackle rain and slush is a waterproof rubber base, while the gusseted tongue keeps snow from sneaking in. Generously padded, lined with cosy fleece, the boots have 400-gram Thermolite insulation to keep valuable heat from escaping. And with bungee laces and a quick-release rip-grip strap, they go on super-easily too. In fact, about the only thing they don't do is build snowmen!
