Handmade just outside Copenhagen using the finest liquorice root cocoa butter and treacle which are slow cooked for up to four hours to produce concentrated liquorice the likes of which you've never tasted before. This award-winning soft liquorice is then combined creamy white chocolate vanilla and tangy freeze-dried strawberries and raspberries. So much so that after honing his craft he opened his first shop in 2007 on the tiny Danish island of Bornholm. He had sold out within two hours of opening - they were so good that one customer even bought the sample bowl. The following year he upscaled setting up the world's smallest liquorice factory in Taastrup just outside Copenhagen.
