Lakrids' medley of melty soft liquorice, smooth Dulce chocolate and crispy Maldon sea salt is the perfect sweet and savoury combination. So much so that after honing his craft, he opened his first shop in 2007 on the tiny Danish island of Bornholm. He had sold out within two hours of opening - they were so good that one customer even bought the sample bowl.
