Contrasting base and rim.Product Details •  Two-tone earthenware with cracked effect from the Gogain range •  Sold in sets of 4 •  Dishwasher safe.  •  Do not use in the microwave  •  Our tableware is shipped in packaging specifically designed to avoid risk of breakage. •  The Gogain range is the result of crackled enamelled stoneware production.  •  This enamelling technique, developed in Asia in the 16th century, is entirely handmade in China. To achieve this crackled finish, the ceramic pieces are immersed in water directly from the oven. This significant thermal shock causes the appearance of cracks and the more or less metallic effect of the colours. •  The colour, the cracks and the final shape of each piece depends on the temperature, the length of time in the oven, the thickness of the enamel and the mode of application. •  This finish is entirely handcrafted, each piece is unique and will bring a touch of uniqueness to your table..Dimensions •  Diameter: 8cm •  Height: 10cm
