When it comes into contact with water it transforms from a silky smooth oil into a milky emulsion that is gentle on the skin but tough on make-up and impurities. Immediately, skin feels fresh and the complexion is clean and clear. Day after day, skin becomes more supple and soft. Non-comedogenic.
