DUSK DRESS. Doomed Voyage Ocean by Klements. Show stopping, oversized, romantic and whimsical dress full of gathers and created in flowing silk satin. Featuring all over hand-painted Doomed Voyage Print. This is a toile de jouy print, depicting a cursed exploration into a dark, brooding paradise. Ocean is a dark yet jewel toned blue with navy black haunting imagery. As is to be expected with Klements what at first appears "pretty" discloses more dark and sinister undertones upon a closer look. The dress is luxuriously fully French seamed and features: fine binding to neckline, dropped shoulders with billowing voluminous sleeves with buttoned cuffs, dropped waist and gathered detail to create extra movement. Comprises: 91% silk, 9% elastane (to improve wear and life of silk). Designed and created slowly and considerately in England.
