Description

The infrared hot plate features two cooking zones with a total output of up to 3000 watts, each zone reaching up to 2000 watts and temperatures of 90 - 650°C. The infrared hot plate is equipped with a single, integrated heating system. The cooking zones of the hotplate are easily operated with SenseControl via two integrated touch control panels with digital display. Both the power and the temperature can be set to ten different levels, an switch-off timer can be also be set from one minute to three hours. Thanks to EcoThermal technology, any residual heat generated after use can be used to keep meals warm. This saves energy and is environmentally friendly. To make sure that everything runs smoothly while cooking, the double hot plate has a variety of safety measures. Overheat and surge protection activate if the hob becomes too hot, or the voltage moves out of a safe range. In addition, a child lock can be activated to prevent a child from accidentally turning on the hot plate.
