Pour Over Coffee Brewer Combining a manual pour-over method with the latest automated technology, it features 24-hour programming, so you can set it to serve a robust start to the day, a midday pick-me-up or an after-dinner digestif. Our Brewer was developed in partnership with professional baristas and artfully mimics the handcrafted coffee process. The pour-over system first showers the ground coffee, and then releases hot water in a continuous flow. This allows the ground coffee to absorb the water, resulting in a fuller flavour. Unique brewing technology heats the water to 93°C before evenly saturating and steeping the ground coffee… ready for your cup, at just the right time. The 1. 18 L water tank, positioned at the top of the brew basket for minimal heat loss, makes two to eight cups with no need to adjust the water in the tank. The warming plate keeps the carafe warm for up to 30 minutes without overheating. The Progress Bar visual display shows each step of the brewing process, from heating to pouring and steeping. And there’s a one-touch medium and dark roast setting to ensure maximum satisfaction from these different roasts.
