If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted then please ensure that you put your own contact details for this order. The text or characters you would like to have engraved. Please type your text/characters exactly as you would like it to appear, either in upper or lower case. If no engraving is required please state on the email. The font you would like us to use for the engraving, either Arial or Vanessa. Please note that orders will not be processed until we receive your email, this includes orders where no engraving is required. On receipt of your email the brand will aim to despatch your personalised design within 5 working days. For orders over Christmas, please not there is a cut off date of 17th December in order for your item arrive in time. You may be contacted by the supplier about your order. The brand reserves the right not to engrave messages/words deemed offensive or derogatory at their discretion.
