Description
The casserole dish is particularly versatile and is compatible with all common types of hobs. The cast iron pot can also be placed in the oven to keep warm, baking or cooking thanks to its extreme heat resistance. After use and before the pot takes its place in the kitchen cupboard again, it should be completely dry. It is enamelled several times during the manufacturing process to make it particularly resistant. Owing to that process, the base may be slightly uneven as well as the dish itself but this won't have any influence on your cooking. A handy trick: grease the dish at the opening and at the edge of the lid using a standard cooking oil so that the pot remains beautiful and patina-free for a long time indeed.
