Jumbo double-ended KIKO MILANO Perfect Eyes Duo Highlighter Pencil. Highlighting eye pencil with 2 tips for 2 different finishes: matte and pearl. Perfect Eyes Duo highlights the eyebrow arch and creates points of light, brightening the face and enhancing make up radiance. The soft texture provides a smooth-gliding application and an easy-to-blend line. Perfect Eyes Duo is very versatile. You can choose a matte or pearl effect, depending on the make up and the occasion. The same pencil can therefore be used to create an elegant, sophisticated finish for special occasions, or a practical, functional finish for everyday wear.
