Description
This combination alarm provides detection from carbon monoxide as well as from smoke and fire. It can either be wall-mounted (at a height of about 1.5 metres from the ground and at least 30cm away from ceilings or adjoining walls), or ceiling mounted. It has a voice warning that sounds in addition to the loud 85 decibel alarm, to help identify whether smoke or carbon monoxide, has been detected. Its easy to set up and install, and has a front-loading battery compartment, which means batteries can be easily replaced. This product has a 10-year sensor life, 10-year alarm warranty and an end-of-life warning. Its BSI certified to EN50291-1:2010 (CO) and EN14604:2005 (smoke), CE tested and certified, and fully tested before leaving the factory. The battery is not covered by the product warranty.
