This product can be applied on both damp and dry hair. Combines oil-based care with cream-textured top coat to instantly heal and seal the ends of the hair, reducing the appearance of split ends while offering high heat protection of up to 230?. To use: Apply to washed and towel-dried hair. Massage onto lengths and ends. Do not rinse and proceed to blow-dry.
