This Ken Hom Classic 31cm Non Stick Carbon Steel 5 Piece Wok Set includes: 1 x wok with lid, 2 x wooden utensils and 1 x recipe book.The lightweight carbon steel wok makes stir frying quick and easy, its non-stick coating has been applied both inside and out to provide a robust seal, resulting in long-lasting endurance.Perfect for everyday use, this 5 piece wok set promotes quick, easy and healthy cooking.The Wok is made from 1.4mm gauge (thickness) carbon steel and offers great heat conduction.To help prolong the integrity of the non-stick coating, it is recommended to use the wooden utensils included in this set.Occasionally apply a thin coating of cooking oil to the inner surface of the wok to prevent rusting should the coating become scratched.The handle is secured tightly to the wok with two rivets so you can be assured it won't become loose and wobbly over time.The metal lid included in the set is ideal for popping on when cooking is almost finished to help trap in the moisture and flavour.
