- il ponte Just as with a filigree bridge, the robust planks made of local oak are mounted on the reduced columns. Maximum simplicity was the aim of the design. The result: an unmistakable bench. Timeless! The oak wood for the planks comes from local forests and has been treated twice with a biological oil. The supports are made of thick weatherproof steel. With age they will corrode and give the bench a unique character and personality. This finish is very durable and requires no maintenance. Alternatively, the supports are also available in a galvanised version or galvanised with powder coating. il ponte can be screwed directly to the floor.
