Designer pendant luminaire Stralunata for indirect lighting Art director Matteo Ugolini designs unique lighting objects with Karman. It is no different with Stralunata. Here it is the interplay of different, geometric shapes that makes the pendant light stand out. A cone-shaped lampshade hangs from a cylindrical canopy. A flat, circular reflector is attached in the middle. From the open side of the shade, the light rays shine towards the ceiling, which in turn are partially redirected via the reflector. The installed illuminant brings many advantages with it. In addition to the general advantages of LEDs, such as energy efficiency and longevity, Stralunata also offers an above-average colour rendering index (CRI > 90), which means that the colours in the surroundings are reproduced almost true to life. If you use a wall switch with phase cut-off dimmer, the warm white light can also be regulated in brightness.
