Passionate about colour, she designs prints with simple, poetic patterns. The Karhuemo pattern is a new take on a plant print that Aino-Maija Metsola created for Marimekko's 70th birthday. Among the flowers and leaves of the original sketch, Aino-Maija added a bear with her cub. The ground rumbles under the galloping mother bear, as the baby rises up on its hind legs to observe the land.Cheerful, chic and graphic, the tableware collection by Marimekko brings life to your room!
