Description
With frosty silver green foliage, Juniperus squamata 'Blue Star' is a great addition to rockeries and gravel gardens. This hardy shrub is low growing, making it a great groundcover plant that stops weeds from growing. It also looks good planted on the edges of raised bed borders or on steep banks instead of grass turf. The silver blue needles have a lovely aromatic pine scent. Juniperus squamata 'Blue Star' is a Flaky Juniper and can be planted amongst other varieties to create a fantastic conifer carpet that is zero maintenance! Height: 40cm (16). Spread: 100cm (39).
