Description
One of the problems that often arises with ordinary graters is the difficulty of removing the abraded peel from the blades. HandiZest by Joseph Joseph therefore has a mini blade wiper that can collect the abrasion from the back of the blade. Simply slide the wiper along the blade to the hole on the other side, from where the pieces of the bowl can be easily removed. The grater is delivered with a protective cover for safe storage. Ideal for grating citrus fruits and spices.
